Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To assist with your legionella risk assessment and / or ACoP L8 water hygiene programme

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Information passed to us from another company for a referral for example.

We use the information that you have given us in order to make contact with you, set up and manage your account

We may share this information with subcontractors or suppliers

We keep contact details for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting from our system.
